Meet the Team Behind The Big Dawg Box!
We’re Skylar & Christian, a husband-and-wife duo, giant breed lovers, and proud fosters of some of the world’s most lovable gentle giants (Mastiffs… and yes we’re a little biased!).
Our journey began with Griffin, a 180-pound English Mastiff foster who changed our lives. Finding products that actually worked for him was a constant struggle, and when we lost Griffin far too soon, we knew we had to turn that heartbreak into something meaningful. The Big Dawg Box is our way of honoring him while helping other giants get the love, care, and supplies they deserve.
As foster parents, we saw firsthand how hard it was to find affordable, reliable products for giant breeds. especially when rescues are already stretched so thin. That’s why we’ve made it our mission to partner with small U.S. based businesses to fill our boxes with quality, giant approved products.
Our Foster Intake Boxes are at the heart of what we do helping rescues and fosters welcome new giants with the supplies they need from day one. To keep our mission sustainable, we’ve expanded into other Big Dawg Boxes, so even Gentle Giants already in loving homes can join the community while giving back to those still waiting.
