RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At The Big Dawg Box, many of our products are handmade, made-to-order, or customized specifically for our customers. Because of this, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at thebigdawgbox@gmail.com. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review your claim and make it right.
